E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator

Job description

  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of trends and competition on the Polish pet market
  • Optimization of zooplus.pl online shop to drive sales and profitability with focus on web usability, product assortment and user experience
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. revenue, sales results, contribution margin based on cube data
  • Sales-oriented placement of products, promotions and brands in online shop
  • Creation, implementation and evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Development of customer retention program e.g. bonus program
  • Support in pricing according to company guidelines
  • Close cooperation with the central departments in our headquarters in Munich


  • Fluent in Polish as well as in English
  • University degree preferable in Economics, Business Studies or comparable academic education
  • Sales & marketing knowledge with at least 3 years of relevant work experience ideally with retail or e-commerce background
  • Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs and practical Excel knowledge
  • A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
  • High internet affinity, interest in e-commerce and fun at the commercialization of products
